Delete your Telly account
Sign in with the same account used in Telly. You will review the deletion before anything is removed.

- Your Firebase account, profile, wallet, entitlement mirror, unlocks, and cloud playable stories will be deleted.
- Your linked RevenueCat customer record will be deleted.
- Editable drafts and exported videos stored only on your devices cannot be removed remotely.
- Deleting Telly does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
- Limited records required by a store or service provider for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, disputes, or legal compliance may be retained under that provider's policy or applicable law.
Deletion complete
Your Telly account and associated cloud data were deleted. Store subscriptions, if any, must be managed separately.

Deletion normally happens automatically through the sign-in flow above. If you cannot access your account or the automated deletion fails, contact telly.info.ba@gmail.com for technical support. Never send your password or store payment credentials.
